Burnout prevention
Yesterday, I took a therapeutic psilocybin trip with a client to prevent burnout. It was a successful trip, but there is still work to be done. During the trip, the seriousness of alcohol use as sedative self-medication came to light.
Now we need to take a few more steps. There are a number of dopamine-stimulating (addictive) substances that we need to reduce. These are smoking, alcohol, and fast sugars in the diet.
