Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale, LSAS
I have attached a test. This is a test that assesses social anxiety. If our clients have a known social phobia or a form of autism, we recommend taking this test before and after a trip session. This allows us to measure the extent to which our trip therapy positively influences social anxiety.

Less social anxiety after 1 truffle therapy session
A handful of clients who completed this test before participating in a short 2- to 3-week program with us scored better on this test. This means that the holistic approach involving healthy nutrition, supplements, the right exercise, and a psychedelic trip as a 마무리 (closing) ensures that these clients experience less social anxiety.
Explanation of operation
The right nutrition, exercise, and supplements already lead to more serotonin and less anxiety. With higher levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin, people are also better able to read others, which fosters empathy. The increase in serotonin also leads to greater confidence and a sense of togetherness.
As the crowning achievement of the preparatory work, the psychedelic trip leads to increased self-esteem by acting as a reset for the brain. Old fearful patterns give way to social patterns.
