I have been microdosing according to the Fadiman protocol for about 2 to 3 weeks now. My last dose was on Thursday. Now I want to take a macro dose tonight with a friend. Does anyone have experience with this; a macro dose during a microdosing period? I would love to hear your experiences. For example, whether you feel much from the macro dose.

You can build up a slight tolerance by microdosing, causing the macrodose to work just a little less effectively. With psychedelics, the tolerance built up within 1 to 2 weeks is completely gone. That is why the general advice is not to microdose for 2 weeks before a high dose.
