Today I am supervising a for the second time MDMA session in Hillegom, this time again with the same person I had the privilege of supporting previously. We are building on the first experience, with the main goal: create more peace of mind. Autism plays an important role in this session, and we focus primarily on relieving mental overstimulation and promoting inner calm.
The previous session already provided wonderful insights and relaxation, so I am curious to see what this deeper session will bring. I ensure a safe and warm setting, tailored to the specific sensitivities and needs of my client.
I am sharing this for inspiration and because I am curious if others also have experiences with this. MDMA therapy regarding autism — positive effects, points of attention, or insights you would like to share?
Brief addition:
The MDMA session It is coming to a bit of an end. We added some psilocybin this time to make the session a little less cognitive. Last time, we talked a bit too much for our own good, and now there is more quiet for introspection. For me, the right balance between conversation and introspection is a good indicator of an effective session.
