A psilocybin experience can manifest in varying degrees. This largely depends on the dosage. At lower dosages, usually only geometry, colors, and certain shapes are seen. At higher dosages, much more happens. The experience at a higher dose of psilocybin then resembles a dream, in which the sense of existence itself can merge with the universe or surroundings. The term rebirth is therefore often used in connection with a high or heroic dosage. However, we must mention that such a high dosage is generally unsuitable for novice psychonauts.
