Psoriasis and naturopathy

Thus, if we treat Psoriasis as an inflammatory disease, we must do everything possible to prevent inflammation in the body. In phytotherapy, we treat plants and herbs that are anti-inflammatory and also counteract psoriasis in other ways. It is not necessary to buy all the products listed below. However, it is advisable to choose some for each group. These are the herbs and plants against psoriasis:

Supporting effects of Omega 3 (ALA) and 6 (GLA) oils:

  • Borago officinales (oil) - borage or cucumber herb (borage oil)
