How does it work if I want to reschedule or cancel an appointment? What are the cancellation fees?

Triptherapie has a cancellation policy in the general terms and conditions.
The logic behind this policy is to protect both Triptherapie and the service recipient against financial disadvantages and operational losses in the event of cancellations or changes:

  • For cancellations from Triptherapie

    • If a deposit is not paid within 48 hours of booking, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

    • In the event of cancellation due to urgent reasons (such as illness or unforeseen circumstances), Triptherapie retains a non-refundable deposit of €175, while any remaining amounts already paid will be refunded.

  • For cancellations by the service recipient

    • When making a reservation, a deposit of €175 must be paid, which definitively reserves the appointment.

    • This deposit is non-refundable, providing financial security for Triptherapie.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to two weeks before the appointment, but in the event of cancellation, the right to a refund of the deposit is forfeited.

    • The deposit does not need to be paid again when rescheduling an appointment.

    • If the cancellation or change occurs within two weeks prior to the appointment, an additional fee of €175 will be charged (which amounts to a total of €350 if you include the deposit).

    • For cancellations or changes within 24 hours prior to the appointment, 75% of the session costs will be charged, unless there are exceptional circumstances or a replacement client can be scheduled on the day itself.

This structure encourages timely changes and cancellations by the service recipient, enabling Triptherapie to plan better and limit potential financial losses. At the same time, it provides a safety net in the event of unforeseen, urgent circumstances, ensuring both parties are reasonably protected.
