15–25 grams: mild dosage (trip level 1–2), ideal for a first introduction or light introspection.

25–35 grams: medium dosage (trip level 3–4), suitable for therapeutic processing and emotional deepening.

35–60 grams: high dosage (trip level 4–5), for intense self-exploration and breakthroughs.

60–90 grams: heroic dosage (trip level 5), only recommended for those with extensive experience and under intensive supervision.
