How much time should ideally pass between MDMA sessions?

Ideally, there is four to eight weeks between two MDMA sessions and you do not use MDMA more than six times a year. However, this is depending on your personal situation. Here are the main guidelines that Triptherapie follows:
At least 4 weeks is the standard recommended break for people in good health, under the age of 40, without medication or neurological sensitivities. This gives your serotonin system sufficient time to recover.
6 to 8 weeks It is recommended for people over 40, in case of slower recovery, sensitivity to mood swings, or when the previous session was very intense. Waiting longer is also advisable if you notice that you have not yet fully integrated the insights from the previous session.
Longer breaks They are recommended if you found the previous session physically or emotionally heavy, or if you are already experiencing significant changes between sessions that need time to stabilize.
This time is not only needed for neurochemical recovery, but especially for psychological integration: actually applying insights and behavioral changes in your daily life.
If you are unsure about the ideal pace for your journey, you can always consider a follow-up session after an evaluation meeting, approximately three to four weeks after the previous session.
