How many grams of truffles is the low, medium, high, and heroic dosage?

When microdosing truffles, 0.5-2 grams are often used. The low dose of truffles is approximately 15 grams. The medium dose amounts to 30 grams of truffles. For a high dose, about 45 grams of truffles are used. The heroic dose of truffles often comes down to between 60 and 90 grams of magic truffles. If you want to convert this to mg of psilocybin, you can assume that fresh truffles contain approximately 1 mg of psilocybin per gram of truffle. So, in mg of psilocybin, these are the values: microdose: 0.5-2 mg, low dose 15 mg, medium dose 30 mg, high dose 45 mg, and heroic dose 60-90 mg.

That is quite on the high side. In scientific studies, 25mg of psilocybin is often used as a high dosage.

The supplements we recommend are based on the intake data we receive upon registration. These recommendations are part of the lifestyle plan and client preparation and are tailored to the goal of the truffle session and a neurotransmitter test. Therefore, there is no standard supplement that we recommend.

@marcel Thanks, I understand! It's great how you provide customized solutions in that regard. I read something somewhere about a training course you offer; I am curious if that could be of any benefit to me. Do you have more information about that?

The training we provide is based on onboarding our employees. This includes undergoing two psychedelic sessions to learn how these sessions work and to gain a client perspective. Furthermore, it involves participating in group sessions/truffle ceremonies as an internship and to gain experience. We also provide course material on psychedelics, harm reduction, etc.
These training courses are primarily intended to onboard our own staff and do not guarantee that you will find work elsewhere. You should view it as an induction course.
