Are your employees qualified?
In the Netherlands, psychedelic therapy is not a medical treatment, but is viewed as coaching under the influence of recreational drugs. To psychedelic coaching To offer these services, no training or qualifications are required. At Triptherapie, however, we do employ qualified therapists in their respective fields, such as psychosocial therapists, psychologists, and psychotherapists. If you are looking for what will be called psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy in the future, we already offer these services in a non-medical context to keep it legal. Yes, the employees of Triptherapie are qualified — and on multiple fronts. The team consists of a mix of psychologists, psychosocial therapists, experts by experience, and specialized coaches, where everyone is selected based on knowledge, experience, and careful handling of psychedelic substances. Additionally, Triptherapie operates according to a own protocol that guarantees safety and quality during every session.
Specifically, various team members have been trained in relevant fields. For example, Sascha Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and additional training in CBT and EMDR. Reineke is also a psychologist with additional expertise in breathing, yoga, and talk therapy. Ronald is a psychosocial therapist with extensive training in, among others, Voice Dialogue and IFS. And importantly: Several therapists (including Sascha, Reineke, and Ronald) have completed the RINO training., with which they are specifically trained to work with psychedelics in a responsible manner.
Also Gijs, a social psychiatric nurse with 20 years of mental healthcare experience, and Marcel, the founder with more than 2,200 facilitated sessions, contribute to the expertise of the team.
