Attachment issues and my psychedelic session with Ronald

I decided to start a course of therapy with Ronald regarding an issue concerning my attachment problems. He is a very skilled, calm, experienced, and wise therapist. During the intake session via video call, he listened attentively to my issue. Ronald knows how to ask questions that provide insight and lead to deeper understanding. Afterwards, I had the session, for which I booked an Airbnb.

In the days leading up to the sessions, I was given access to an online learning environment from Ronald with exercises such as writing drills, meditations, and visualizations. I went through all of these exercises, and they are such a valuable addition to the session itself. For the session itself, Ronald came to the Airbnb. That was when I received the substance, and the session began.

The nice thing is that Ronald takes the time to set up a good environment. Everything is done in close consultation: the placement of the chair(s), a table for him with his equipment, in relation to the chair or bed in which I was sitting or lying. Ronald's guidance was very skillful and valuable. During the session, I was able to ask questions or share aspects of my inner journey. Through questions and words, Ronald always managed to help me navigate and stay focused on the essence or core. This allowed me to confront old and deep pains that had been hindering me for years.

After my inner journey was over, Ronald left. In the days that followed, and even now, I feel much lighter and clearer. In the days after the session, my insights grew stronger through meditation and dreams. I notice that I now have a greater sense of safety within myself, and that I approach life much more lightly than before the session. The countdown session was also very pleasant. We spoke briefly about my process, and Ronald offered some additional tips and insights.

In short, I look back on a very professional, valuable, and helpful process. From preparation, to the session, to the outtake, everything was arranged very skillfully and professionally. Highly recommended!
