April 11th was the day. I was looking forward to it. I was completely open to my first psychedelic journey.
Using drugs at 61…. My children thought it was hilarious. Me, who have never been drunk and have never used drugs.
My curiosity was piqued years ago when I worked in psychiatry and became acquainted with Prof. Dr. Bastiaans, who achieved very good results with psychedelic substances.
And then suddenly that was no longer allowed. When I heard from a fellow therapist about 1.5 years ago that she had taken an MDMA trip and was also giving MDMA sessions herself, my curiosity was piqued again. I took a course at RINO on 'therapeutic work with psychedelics' and there I met Ronald. We clicked immediately.
I wanted to have my first MDMA trip with him! And then the time finally came. I was excited about it. I was looking forward to it. I wanted to let the drug do what it wanted for me.
And that brought about a very peaceful, quiet, chilled, peaceful journey... I became completely absorbed in the music. I felt myself becoming one with the music, as it were, and felt nothing but peace. Wonderful!
During the journey, I didn't see anything. However, there were physical sensations, and I experienced 'Grandpa'. That was very nice. After Grandpa came 'Leen the toddler', which was also nice.
At the end, I met my little inner parts. When I paid attention to them, I 'knew' that they were growing through the music. These little parts protected me as a frozen newborn baby. I was able to give this frozen baby warmth and love, causing it to thaw and come to life. Amazing!
All in all, I am very happy with this experience! This was possible in part because I had complete trust in Ronald, which allowed me to surrender fully to the substance and the process.
