Sometimes a journey begins without you realising that you had spent a lifetime on the road to that one moment. That's how my journey at Triptherapie felt, with Sascha as my guide.
My first session (MDMA, July 2023) was the introduction: safe, warm, and loving. A soft landing into what would become one of the most important spiritual paths in my life.
The second session (Hippieflip) put me in touch with the infinite - an experience that only dawned on me in full force months later. What I didn't know then, later became the central theme of my journey: there is no beginning, no end.... only love.
The third session (November) was profound, but the session on 14 January with MDMA brought something totally new. During this journey, I experienced a white light, deep reconciliation and a soul connection with Sascha. That moment, when our hands found each other and she said she was fond of me too, touched me intensely. It felt like our souls recognised each other - beyond therapy, beyond words.
In the run-up to the May 16 session, suddenly all the memories came back from infinity. As if the veil was lifted. During that session, all the puzzle pieces fell into place. Everything made sense. Everything came home.
What started as "a few sessions" now feels like the beginning of something bigger. A new chapter in which I get to know myself deeper, and in which I may one day be allowed to guide others myself - as Sascha has guided me. Loving, pure and with an open heart.
