Truffle therapy

Truffle therapy and paddotherapy fall under psychedelic therapy. This is a therapeutic trip session using magic mushrooms and/or truffles. Thanks to the mind-altering effects, the brain can act more effectively to address anxiety and depression.

Magic truffles make it possible to connect with the subconscious.

Magic mushrooms and truffles are drugs!

Magic mushrooms have indeed been classified as illegal drugs. Not so much because they are dangerous to health, but rather because they are dangerous to the economic returns of, among others, the pharmaceutical industry.

Magic mushrooms and truffles are the safest drugs of every type of drug.

Truffle therapy

Because magic mushrooms have been declared illegal in the Netherlands, we conduct our trip sessions with magic truffles. Magic truffles contain exactly the same active ingredients as magic mushrooms, and magic truffles are legal. Therefore, when we refer to mushroom therapy or psilocybin therapy, we use magic truffles, and that is what it is called. truffle therapy.

What does truffle therapy help with?

Various scientific studies support our vision based on experience. Our trip therapy can be used for, among other things:

  • Improving low self-esteem
  • Anxiety management
  • Depression treatment
  • Combating burnout
  • Treating mild addictions

How trip therapy works

Psilocybin therapy works in the same way as ayahuasca, only slightly differently.

Read the difference between here ayahuasca and magic mushrooms.

Psilocybin is very similar to the body's own serotonin. Serotonin produces the opposite of depression, which is contentment. With increased stimulation of the serotonin receptor, the brain enters a state of hyperconnectivity. This also occurs, to a lesser extent, when you dream. During this state of hyperconnectivity, various parts of the brain can communicate with each other (better). Problems in the subconscious can become visible and be processed.

Here you will find more information about how psilocybin works.
