Psychedelic therapy against burnout
In trip therapy, we combine advice on healthy eating and exercise with psychedelic therapy. During psychedelic therapy, we mainly work on self-image, our own limits and the anxiety that causes stress. We can find most of the solutions to these problems ourselves in our subconscious. Psychedelic therapy allows us to connect with the subconscious brain. During this state, we can find solutions together to find ourselves worthwhile to take lasting good care of ourselves.
