Trip with Reineke

Having Reineke as a trip sitter has been such an integral part of my healing journey. Even after many years of therapy, Reineke offered me so many new insights into my trauma and helped me see things from a different perspective.

I would describe her as extremely knowledgeable, whilst at the same time being someone who truly guides from the heart. I never felt as though I was too much, or that I had to be anything other than myself. She guided me through some very traumatic memories and held space for me with such care, compassion and presence.

I truly hope that anyone coming to terms with trauma could experience this sort of care and support. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.
