Sleep is so important for health!

Turn down the lights and avoid looking at screens before going to bed. Do you secretly check your phone? Then turn on the blue light filter. Blue light (also present in white light) tricks the body into thinking it is daytime and the sun is shining. Red light, on the other hand, indicates that the sun is setting and that sleep should begin. So, try turning on a red light before going to sleep.
