Individual psychedelic sessions
Full attention and alignment with your process
One of the most chosen forms is a Individual psychedelic session with personal guidance. Here, you work one-on-one with a supervisor, allowing maximum space for your process.
This shape is especially suitable if you:

need rest, safety, and full attention
During the preparation phase, we look together at factors such as mindset, lifestyle, nutrition, and intention. Based on this, we determine the best approach. During the session itself, we guide you where necessary but also leave space for your own inner process. Afterwards, we focus on integration so that insights truly gain meaning.
Location: at home or at one of our places
You can choose a session at your home or at one of our locations. Frequently used places are the Psychedelic Loft in Schiedam, The Bedding in Den Bosch and Sancta Psychedelica in Noordwijk.
Sessions at our locations include an overnight stay with food and drinks, which is especially convenient if you are coming from further away or want to be completely unburdened.
Duo sessions: experiencing together, each with their own process
A middle ground between individual and group
For those who wish to participate together, there is the possibility of a duo session for couples, friends or family members. This is a nice middle ground between an individual session and a group ceremony.
You share the experience with someone you trust, but there remains room for everyone's own process. That makes this format both connecting and deepening.
Duo sessions are often chosen by:

Relationship-oriented duo sessions
With couples, we often work with a two-phase structure. First, the emphasis is on the relationship with yourself, and then on the relationship with the other person. This ensures that personal insights sink in before being applied to the mutual dynamic.
This approach makes duo sessions particularly suitable for people who not only want to experience something together, but also want to consciously invest in their relationship.
Practical implementation
In most cases, one support worker is sufficient for two people. When there is a need for more individual attention or a more intensive program, two support workers can be chosen. This is a customized approach that we discuss in advance.
As with individual sessions, preparation, guidance, and integration are included. Here too, we can extend programs to multiple sessions or a multi-day format.
Group sessions: ceremonies and retreats
The power of the group
In addition to private sessions, we also offer group sessions, truffle ceremonies and multi-day retreats on. In this setting, you work with others on personal growth.
What many participants experience is that the group provides an extra sense of safety and connection. You are not alone in your process, which can make it easier to let go and go deeper.

Neurotransmitter advice: Based on your intake, we look at your neurochemistry. We advise on nutrition and supplements to balance your neurotransmitters (such as serotonin and dopamine) before the session begins.

Customization: No two sessions are the same. We work with legal substances (truffles, psiloflora, or LSD analogues) and carefully adjust the dosage to your needs and experience. We often use a stepwise dosing during the session, so that you can calmly settle into the experience. Thanks to our experience, we also dare to safely guide higher dosages, where appropriate.
