During a truffle session or psychedelic ceremony, you are pushed out of thinking to such an extent that emotions are given full space and can finally flow through. Where your head normally tries to maintain all control, psychedelic consciousness opens up a state in which you no longer push yourself away, in which you do not need to suppress anything, and in which old pain, sometimes hidden away for years, naturally surfaces to be processed.
In this state, feeling becomes the guiding force again. You get closer to the core of what truly lives within you, without the filter of judgment or fear. This makes it possible to finally acknowledge and feel grief, fear, anger, loss, or guilt, so that it no longer needs to remain in your body as tension or a blockage.
Many clients describe this as a deep inner reset: not forgetting what happened, but the lifting of the emotional charge surrounding it. This creates peace, clarity, and sometimes even an unexpected sense of love or acceptance for yourself and your life path.
That is precisely why psychedelic therapy is increasingly being used as a form of emotional processing that goes beyond talking alone. It helps you not only to understand what is going on, but above all to actually feel it, let it go, and transform it. This is something that often seems impossible with the rational mind, but is possible with the subconscious.
Also today during the truffle ceremony in Schiedam, we have four participants who would do well to safely connect with the emotion. The beauty of today is that I just got a new playlist to unleash emotion. Let the magic begin!
