Psychedelic session Amsterdam North

I am currently leading a psychedelic session in Amsterdam North. We are now in the introspective phase — a moment of deep silence and inner connection. That gives me a moment to briefly write this message.

Today's session revolves around restoring the connection with feeling, after a long period of emotional repression. This client has long struggled to allow all emotions, partly as a defense mechanism. Today we are working with a combination of 30 mg psilocybin and 75 mg MDMA to open that inner world in a gentle, loving way.

So far, the process is profound yet calm. The body relaxes, the heart seems to open, and I notice that old patterns are slowly starting to loosen. It remains special to be able to do this work.
