With a view of the church on the Grote Markt in Haarlem, I am facilitating a psychedelic session today with the goal of self-acceptance. Self-acceptance or self-love is a common goal in psychedelic sessions. The art is to strip away illusions from the mind and simply dare to be. Trusting in your own tools, resourcefulness, and goodness.
We'll see what today brings!
