Triple sheets

The trip levels indicate how intense a psychedelic trip is. When we guide a trip, we consider the personal situation and personal goals. Trip level 3 is the middle of the 5 trip levels. We use trip level 3 during psychedelic therapy when we do not want to lose control over what is being thought about during a trip. Trip level 3 can still reasonably guide long-term solutions, while anxieties during the trip can still be prevented relatively easily. We use trip level 3 primarily to process or resolve anxieties.

Triplevel 3 description

Very clearly perceptible visuals; everything appears bent or distorted. Patterns can be seen on walls, objects, faces, etc. Mild hallucinations, such as the effect of flowing rivers in wood grain or other textures. Some confusion of the senses, for example, seeing sound as color, etc. Time is distorted, causing everything to appear to be playing out in the “now.” From this level on, it is already quite possible to connect with the subconscious brain, while it remains very controllable. Fears can reside in the subconscious that cause stress without the individual being consciously aware of it. This level is useful for combating those fears from the subconscious. Fears often originate from the past and/or the future. These fears are not real in the present, and acceptance is possible during this triple level.
