Via this link You can fill out the online intake in Dutch. The English intake. As soon as the intake form is completed, we will check for any contraindications. You will receive a response to your application within 24 hours. If there are no objections to undergoing MDMA therapy, we will indicate this in our response and explain how you can book a session.
