How much time is it sensible for me to leave between the truffle ceremonies?

The time between truffle ceremonies depends on your intention, experience, and how your body and mind react to the previous session. In general, it is recommended to at least 2 to 4 weeks to leave between ceremonies. This has several reasons:

  1. Integration of insights – Psychedelic experiences can be profound. You need time to process the insights and apply them to your daily life.
  2. Serotonin restoration – Psilocybin affects your serotonin system. Your body needs time to bring this back into balance.
  3. Avoiding tolerance build-up – After a psychedelic session, you have a temporarily increased tolerance, which means a subsequent trip can be less effective if you dose again too soon.

If you are taking psychedelic therapy for a specific goal (such as depression, anxiety, or addiction), a fixed schedule with a professional can be helpful. Would you like to know more about this or schedule an intake? Then you can read more here:
