If I have a truffle session in the morning around 10:00, can I go out for dinner around 19:00? And maybe go to a party afterwards?

If you start at 10:00 with a truffle session, In most cases, you can assume that you will be somewhat “landed” again around 4:00–5:00 PM. However, it is not as black and white as simply agreeing on an end time, because the after-effects of a psychedelic experience can continue to work subtly but powerfully.

For many people, a need for rest, integration, and processing follows an intensive session. Even when you are no longer physically under the influence, you are often still mentally 'digesting' what has happened. Going out to eat at 7:00 PM might be possible if it is a quiet setting and you feel mentally stable. However, your senses might still be heightened, which can make a busy restaurant overwhelming.

As for a party later in the evening: that is discouraged. Psychedelics actually put you in a state of introspection and emotional openness. The contrast with a party—especially if it is noisy or chaotic—can feel very uncomfortable. The integration process can also be disrupted, causing valuable insights to be lost or repressed.

In shortA light activity such as a quiet meal with someone you trust is possible, provided you feel comfortable with it. However, it is best not to schedule social obligations or parties on the same day. Give yourself space that day to reflect, perhaps rest, and gently let the experience sink in. This is not only healthier, but it also deepens the healing effect of the session.

It is better not to leave the house anymore, unless you really feel at the moment like you have the energy for it. Sometimes I have the energy after the trip, and sometimes I don't. So let it depend on how you feel after the session, but make sure you aren't tied to anything.
