Do you provide us with eye masks or sleep masks to wear during the psychedelic sessions and ceremonies?

Yes, we always supply high-quality eye masks. It’s important that you don’t feel the eye mask too much, whilst it still blocks out the light effectively. If you feel it too much, your attention will be drawn too much to your "physical being" and less to the experience of the trip.

We should also note that 95% of our clients find the eye mask very comfortable, but that 1 in 20 people prefer simply to close their eyes in a somewhat darkened room during psilocybin sessions. Whilst some people experience more visual imagery (hallucinations) when wearing a dark eye mask, a few experience more imagery when they simply close their eyes, allowing slightly more light to pass through their eyelids.

So yes, we always bring a good, comfortable eye mask with us.

Yes, during a guided truffle session or magic truffle ceremonies We have a range of eye masks available. Their use is not compulsory, but many participants find them helpful as they aid in turning one’s attention inwards and reduce distractions from the surroundings. An eye mask can enhance the introspective effects of psychedelics, making it easier for emotions, insights and memories to come to the fore.

If you have your own eye mask that you like, you’re of course welcome to bring it with you. Some people prefer to use their own mask because it’s comfortable and familiar.

Bij mij zitten die slaapmaskers nooit echt lekker. Ogen dichtdoen met de gordijnen dicht kan ook toch?

@bihair Ogen dicht kan ook. Als er dan te veel licht is , kan je de gordijnen dichtdoen.
