What is the dose of MDMA in MDMA therapy?

In MDMA therapy, a therapeutic dose of 75-125 mg of MDMA is usually used.. This dose is often taken at the beginning of the session. After approximately 75 minutes, a booster of approximately 50% of the first dose may optionally be given. However, the exact dosing protocol may vary depending on the specific needs and responses of the person undergoing the therapy.
