[Solved] Multiple psilocybin sessions in a short time (3 in 7-10 days)

Three full psilocybin truffle sessions or 25 mg each within 7–10 days is generally not ideal, but there are exceptions.

Why it's not usually recommended

• Tolerance builds quickly — psilocybin reduces the sensitivity of the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor for several days. A second full dose within 3–5 days will have a noticeably weaker effect unless you increase the amount, and by the third session in a week the effect may be significantly muted.
• Integration needs time — most of the real change happens after the session, when you reflect and act on your insights. Compressing three deep journeys gives little space for emotional and mental processing.
• Emotional load — multiple intense sessions close together can cause fatigue, confusion, or overwhelm.

When it might be possible

• If you have limited time in the Netherlands (eg, visiting from abroad), We sometimes schedule two sessions within 7–10 days. This works if the second session is adjusted for tolerance — often by varying the dose, theme or adding some MAOi.
• Three sessions in such a short time are only considered if at least one is psycholytic (lower-dose, therapeutic processing) instead of all being full 25 mg high-dose sessions.

Doing more than 2 psilocybin trips in a week time is way too much. Even two psilocybin sessions within 7 days is crazy when you do high dose sessions.
