What kind of guidance do you have at the psilocybin ceremony?

Our guidance during the psilocybin (truffle) ceremonies is carefully structured and offers support at every stage: before, during, and after the ceremony. Below is an overview of our approach, supplemented with information about the training of our facilitators.

For the ceremony

  • Intake and screening
Each participant completes a comprehensive intake form so that we can gather medical and psychological background information. This helps to identify contraindications and ensure safety.

  • Personal preparation
Based on the intake, you will receive advice on nutrition, exercise, and any supplements. In addition, we offer reading and viewing tips to mentally prepare you for the experience.

During the ceremony

  • Small groups
We work in intimate settings with a maximum of six participants, so there is room for personal attention and a safe atmosphere.
  • Experienced guidance
Our team consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds, such as chemistry, philosophy, psychology, and health. They guide the sessions in a holistic manner in a comfortable and specially designed space (for example, at the Psychedelic Loft in Schiedam).

After the ceremony

  • Aftercare and integration
Afterwards, there is time to discuss the experience in an integration conversation. This helps you process the insights gained and apply them in daily life.

Training of our facilitators

All facilitators of the psilocybin ceremonies They are trained and onboarded internally before they independently lead ceremonies. This entails that new facilitators first shadow experienced team members intensively and participate in group sessions to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

In addition, several team members have completed supplementary training through RINO, enabling them to combine psychedelic sessions with psychotherapeutic methods such as Jungian philosophy, IFS, CBT, and EMDR. Other facilitators possess extensive experience and internal training, with a strong focus on coaching, lifestyle, and psychological guidance.

Expert guidance is what you get. At least, that is my opinion.
