1. Two-day psilocybin retreat (Truffle ceremony)
This format is ideal for those who want to get acquainted with psilocybin or work specifically on a theme. The program consists of a preparation phase, a guided ceremony, and an overnight stay. The following morning, there is an integration circle with breakfast. The ceremony itself lasts approximately 6 to 8 hours.

2. Three-day psilocybin retreat with two therapists
This is an intensive and therapeutically profound retreat for those seeking serious inner transformation. The program consists of:
- Day 1: arrival, preparation session and the ceremony
- Day 2: integration day with bodywork, IFS, meditation, and symbol drama
- Day 3: conclusion with sharing circle and departure
- After that: an online integration meeting after six weeks

3. Tailor-made private retreats

We call our psilocybin retreat Simply truffle ceremonies, because we are these day ceremonies with an overnight stay. So, they are retreats that last only two days. We do this on purpose because truffle ceremonies work best when there is at least two weeks between psilocybin use. A longer retreat with multiple psilocybin intake moments does not make much extra sense.

Where is the retreat?
We usually organize our truffle ceremonies in Schiedam. Schiedam is located close to Rotterdam and The Hague and is easily accessible by public transport.
