Everyone views the world in their own way. We are genetically pre-programmed to convert electromagnetic waves using our senses into information we can understand. In doing so, we use only a small portion of the spectrum and, by definition, miss more than is available. The older we get, the more we compare new data with the data we already have in our brains. This is why adults often start seeing things as the brain already knows them, making us even more selective about what we experience. For example, if you buy a car of a specific make and model, you would recognize it increasingly often. This is because the things we pay attention to will grow in our perception of reality. In this way, our circumstances create our limited reality. Beautiful examples of illusions caused by expectations through conditioning can be seen in these videos.

People who think the world is a bad place are subconsciously looking for bad things in the world. This is because the brain is trained to connect precisely those dots from random information—which is the universe—that signify something bad. For example, someone who is afraid of snakes is constantly trying to recognize the shape of a snake in random things. In this way, we train our brain to do even more of what it was already doing.

Positive thoughts change our reality. A good start to positivity is gratitude. Taking a moment to reflect on the things you are grateful for changes your perception of reality. The brain is then trained to recognize the good things in life increasingly better. Gratitude can therefore be a starting point for reducing depression and anxiety-related symptoms because the focus lies on the positive. This works well because the world is what you think it is. Positivity attracts positivity and other people, reducing loneliness. See also this video:
Psilocybin in higher doses is known to alter the perception of reality. The reason psilocybin is so good at this is due to its hallucinogenic properties, while psilocybin can also induce feelings of contentment, connectedness, and gratitude. During the psychedelic state, many people realize that the conditioning that negatively influences us is completely unnecessary and that things can be different. We view ourselves from a distance and, with all the information available, we can start thinking differently.

In trip therapy, we use psilocybin sessions in the form of a truffle ceremony. We combine the truffle ceremony with even more things that can induce positive thoughts. It starts with nutrition and supplements. Everything we put into the body also has an effect on the psyche. The same applies to exercise, sunlight, and social activity. If you tackle everything at once, the positive effect is greater than if you, for example, only undergo talk therapy. The psilocybin sessions in the form of a truffle ceremony are available in various strengths.
