Microdosing psychedelics or taking a high dose of psychedelics are increasingly being used to combat psychological complaints such as gloominess, depression, stress, and anxiety-related disorders. In which cases is microdosing better than an impressive, deep psychedelic journey?
For any form of therapy, changing negative patterns is the key to success. In the case of depression, for example, the cause often lies in multiple pillars of well-being. For instance, an allergy to a specific food can cause inflammation in the intestines. Through inflammatory factors, these inflammatory products lead to a reduced release of serotonin in the brain. Products high in sugar exacerbate the stress response, thereby slowing down bodily recovery and increasing the body's level of inflammation. The gloominess resulting from low serotonin levels sets in, making a person more susceptible to dopamine-increasing substances (addictions) such as sugars, cocaine, alcohol, gambling, pornography, or work addiction. This negative spiral perpetuates itself. With microdosing, you temporarily increase serotonin receptor stimulation, and gloominess/depression will decrease. This is the moment to make different choices and step out of the negative spiral. Individuals who only microdose to suppress negative feelings and make no changes will likely revert to old patterns when they stop microdosing. After all, let's be honest: depression and gloominess are signals from the body to make a change.

We believe that a deep psychedelic trip often has a greater impact and causes more changes than microdosing. Of course, this does not apply to everyone and every situation. In trip therapy, average to high doses work better than low ones when it comes to depression treatments. The combination of lifestyle coaching (changes) and a truffle ceremony often has the greatest impact.
When anxiety plays a major role, such as with PTSD, a high dose of psychedelics can be detrimental. So, if anxiety is a factor, you might be better off starting with microdosing to take the edge off. The effects then resemble those of antidepressants. With a microdose, you won't simply start hallucinating. The effects are similar to those of trip level 1, but somewhat less intense.
You don't microdose just to suppress symptoms. Use microdosing to make changes because the symptoms are temporarily gone.
Make use of our kickstarter services for microdosing. After completing the intake, we will advise you on making specific changes (diet, supplements, and/or exercise). We combine this advice with a 1-2 hour appointment during which we guide you through your first microdose and instruct you on how to use the remaining doses.
The price of this package including psychedelics is 150 euros (excluding travel costs if at home).
