There is a film on Netflix called HEAL. In this documentary, the self-healing capacity of our body is discussed extensively. The film describes a holistic approach to recovering from chronic diseases.
We would like to show you this film because we believe in the same holistic approach as the film. Nutrition, lifestyle, naturopathy, exercise, and inner exploration such as meditation are the pillars for a healthy foundation.
In the film, psychedelics are not discussed like ayahuasca or psilocybin (mushroom and truffle therapy). They do, however, clearly demonstrate that fear can reside in the subconscious and thereby cause illness. Meditation can enable one to connect with the subconscious. As an addition, and as an option to consider, we would like to mention that a psilocybin or DMT trip session, under the right guidance, acts as a very deep meditation with an effect better than anything else that exists.
