Sugar, the sweet destroyer

Sugar throws hormones off balance and contributes to obesity, diabetes, weight gain, heart disease, liver damage, depression, and inflammation. Best choice

  • Mogroside from monkfruit (as soon as it becomes legal in the EU)
  • Erythritol
