Triptherapie originated from the conviction that psychedelic therapy can help people heal themselves on a deep emotional, psychological, and even physical level. Whereas traditional therapies often work symptomatically, Triptherapie focuses on the core of inner blockages through psychedelic consciousness expansion, combined with scientifically substantiated preparation and integration.
The founder, Marcel van der Putten, He noticed that many people were getting stuck in their minds, in patterns, and in therapies that yielded insufficient results. He personally experienced the profound insights and healing effects of psychedelics, provided they were properly guided. This led to the development of a structured therapeutic program that has since helped thousands of people.
The core of Triptherapie rests on three pillars:
Neuroscience and nutrition
Psychedelics such as psilocybin stimulate the production of BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor), a protein that promotes neuroplasticity. Triptherapie combines this with nutritional advice that optimizes neurotransmitter balance, because nutrition has a direct influence on mood and brain chemistry (Source: Fernandes et al., 2020; Strasser et al., 2016).
Psychological and spiritual guidance
During a session, the focus is on processing trauma, rediscovering self-love, and breaking through limiting beliefs. The experience is carefully guided with breathing, music, and therapeutic support.
Integration and behavioral change
Insights gained during a psychedelic experience are only truly valuable when integrated into daily life. Therefore, Triptherapie also supports clients after the session with conversations, integration exercises, and follow-up visits where necessary.
Triptherapie therefore exists not only to offer psychedelics, but to help people with a process of self-healing — supported by science, grounded in experience, and executed with compassion.
