You are more beautiful than your self-image!

99% of the population is more beautiful than their self-image. Why do people view themselves so incredibly critically and see everything that is not beautiful about themselves? A mole can do so much harm to one's self-image, while someone else sees it as merely a characteristic of a person.

The negative pattern

The more often someone lies to themselves that they are ugly or worthless, the more they will eventually come to believe that lie. Typically, the origin of this lie was bullying. Bullying exists to bring others down, causing the bully to rise in relative value. Other causes may include:

  • Comparing yourself too much to others
  • Not feeling appreciated during youth
  • Anxiety, including fear of failure

Ultimately, we can trace all reasons back to fear. The fear of not being good enough.

Not being good enough

You cause yourself a great deal of grief if you are not good enough for yourself. You will express this through verbal and, especially, non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication, such as body language, is perceived by others consciously and unconsciously, and a reaction follows automatically. Others will also start to see you as inferior, which makes the whole situation even more difficult. This is the effect of a negative spiral of low self-esteem.

Low self-esteem can lead to symptoms ranging from despondency, depression, anxiety, and burnout to physical complaints.

Positive spiral

Moving from the negativity of a negative spiral to a positive one is not easy. Breaking old patterns is difficult due to how our brain works. Thinking yourself sick due to low self-esteem is proof that this mindset can be very powerful. So why don't we use it to actually get better? To get back into a positive spiral, we make use of how consciousness (the mind) and the body work together.

Physical support

To reverse the hormonal impact of a negative self-image, we will always provide our clients with nutritional and supplement advice. Furthermore, we offer physical exercises designed to ensure the body sends feedback to the subconscious that things are going well. This approach will provide a solid foundation for psychological support.

Psychological support

The best therapies for breaking negative patterns are hypnotherapy, meditative therapy, or psychedelic therapy. We choose psychedelic therapy with psilocybin, the effect of which is so strong that only 1-2 sessions of 4-6 hours are needed. During psilocybin therapy, it is possible to break all patterns because the subconscious and conscious brains can communicate freely. Blockages that are usually inaccessible then come to light. From this state, we can work on real solutions that differ from person to person.

Overview of treatment method for low self-esteem

Generally, with most clients, we use a schedule that looks as follows:

  1. Report, neurotransmitter test and intake
  2. Advice on nutrition exercise and supplements based on point 1
  3. A period of 2-3 weeks of progress reviewing point 2
  4. Individual psilocybin therapy (unless a group offers additional benefit or preference)
  5. Follow-up discussion of the psilocybin therapy on the same day
  6. After about 1-2 weeks, another follow-up discussion
