Most of our clients use psychedelic therapy as a treatment for depression and anxiety-related symptoms. Psychedelic therapy on its own already produces very good results, but combining it with other healthy practices such as diet, exercise and supplements makes the approach even more effective. In this blog, we discuss a number of things that help combat depression, stress and anxiety.
There are several ways in which diet and supplements can have an antidepressant and anxiolytic effect. Firstly, a healthy diet provides the building blocks for the right neurotransmitters, and its anti-inflammatory effect helps to release more of these important neurotransmitters.

The list above is just a small part of a healthy diet, supplements and exercise. In addition to these, there are other things that work well against depression and anxiety, such as meditation, yoga, getting a good night’s sleep and socialising. Simply talking about your "problems" can also be a great help. Do as much as you can to look after your physical and mental health, as they are so closely linked that it is actually impossible to distinguish between the two.
