From the very first contact, everything felt smooth and positive. Marcel was always available via WhatsApp to answer questions and responded quickly, which gave us a lot of confidence that we had made the right choice. The emails in preparation for the trip were excellent: clear, well-balanced, and full of useful information without unnecessary content. We especially appreciated the scientific backing; learning about the role of GABA and dopamine was valuable in itself. The structure of one afternoon with an overnight stay for recovery was also perfect for us, certainly compared to other programs that spread the process over two or three days and are significantly more expensive as a result.
On the day itself, Janneke and Sascha created an incredibly welcoming and safe environment. The interaction felt natural, more like being with friends than in a formal setting. Moreover, the location, the Schiedam Loft, was a beautiful place that truly added to the experience.
The entire trip exceeded our expectations! It was truly one of the best experiences we could have wished for.
