Hi everyone, here I am again with a new step that I have taken together with Marcel.

A month ago I stopped drinking alcohol and last Friday I had another ceremony with Marcel, this time focused on quitting smoking, and I succeeded!!

Marcel senses me very well and says things during the trip that positively influence you and stay in your thoughts. I never thought I would be able to quit smoking and tried to stop before we started the ceremony (just like I did with alcohol, and it worked too). However, with smoking, that didn't work, and I lit my last cigarette on the morning before we started.

The ceremony is so incredibly powerful that I believe you can do almost anything you want; the most important thing, however, is that you must respect, believe in, and love the substance, so that it will not disappoint you and you can overcome your addictions.

I will continue to provide updates and be honest about how everything unfolds, and if anyone is still reading and has questions, feel free to ask anytime.

The trip itself was even better than the previous one; the tea Marcel makes is delicious and causes incredible hallucinations and a great feeling. He has a lot of experience and knows how to make you feel completely at ease.

I am going to plan the next ceremony again and see how far this can take me and other goals we can still achieve together!

Keep you guys updated!

Thanks for the review. It's great that you're willing to talk about it so openly and that you give me so much credit. Just realize that you did all of this yourself. So be proud of it yourself!

The first two weeks after quitting smoking are difficult. Maybe you can give an update two weeks after the ceremony.

Thank you for your trust. If you have any questions, you know where to reach me.

Of course I do it myself too, but I couldn't have done it without you 🙂

The fact that we are working on something together makes it easier for me to stay away from cigarettes and beer.

Until the next session, and I will give an honest update in 2 weeks.

I am glad I could help you. If you maintain this result for a few weeks, it will become easier and easier.

Quitting addictions is a gift you give yourself. Now you can focus on the things that are important to you.

By the way, have you noticed any improvement in your sports performance yet?

What you say about being able to focus on the things that are important to you after quitting your addictions is exactly what I am working on right now. Sports performance is improving rapidly, especially now that I have quit smoking. And thank you very much for the help as well.

Hello everyone who reads,

Still smoke-free and exercising almost every day.

Now that the addictions are behind me, I can focus on my mind and way of thinking, which has already changed quite a bit for the better.

I have less insecurity about who I am and how I come across to others, and everyone just has to accept what I do and what I like. This feels really good and actually happened very gradually and naturally.

My personal conclusion is not to stop after just one experience, because if your body and mind have been used to a behavior for, say, 20 years, you won't flip the script immediately; it happens bit by bit.

Greetings. 🙂

Hi Mathijs,

The fact that you have stopped all addictions is truly a fantastic result. You have swapped unhealthy things for exercise and a healthy lifestyle. The right things will naturally follow from that shift, because you are actually taking better care of yourself.

If you hold on to this, eventually everything you want to achieve will come to you.

Thank you for everything and thank you for your willingness to share your story.

Regards,

Marcel
