I experienced Ronald as a very humble, caring, and ethical therapist and trip guide. Ronald strikes the best possible balance between, on the one hand, necessary support and guidance, and on the other, allowing "your process" to be your process as much as possible in a completely safe environment. Impressive and truly excellent!
