So happy with my session with Sascha

This was my second psilocybin mushroom session, and I am so happy that I chose @Sascha for my guide. My first experience was with a larger group (another organization), and I came away with a positive experience but uncertain about the confusing/distracting group environment. This session was such a positive experience, absent any fear or confusion. During the pre-session discussion, I felt comfortable sharing some very private questions and concerns. I remember the session as an intensively beautiful (musical) experience, full of gratitude, with periods of sorrow that I really welcomed. I feel like my intentions were well addressed and I feel more present and at peace. Sascha is such a professional and empathetic therapist. I would highly recommend her.
