A two-day psychedelic intensive will take place on 6 and 7 November at De Bedding in Den Bosch. This is not a one-off ceremony, but a cohesive programme in which preparation, experience and integration complement one another. There are still two places available.
What you can expect
Day 1 centres around the truffle ceremony. You arrive, get to know everyone, clarify your intention and then take part in the ceremony. This is followed by a gentle wind-down with a light meal and an overnight stay on site.
Day 2 is devoted to integration. After breakfast, we’ll be working with silence, meditation, writing, IFS, body-oriented exercises and Yoga Nidra. There’ll also be a silent walk in nature, and you’ll make small, practical commitments to yourself to anchor your insights in your daily life.
About a week before the retreat, there’s an online group preparation session via Zoom, and an online follow-up about a month later. That way, you’re not on your own, not just on the days of the retreat itself, but also before and after.
The support
Gijs Tecklenburg (lead facilitator) and Mascha Loschmann facilitate the group. Gijs brings a sense of space and stillness, drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of mindfulness, awareness and psychotherapy. Mascha brings movement and embodiment, with over thirty years’ experience in body-oriented work and IFS. The sessions are conducted in Dutch, English and German.

Participation begins with a online intake, so that we can assess whether a session is safe for you. You will then receive personalised preparation advice. No previous experience with psychedelics is required.
