can psilocybin be taken with phenprocumon?

In theory, there is no direct interaction between fenprocumon and psilocybin or psilocin (present in magic mushrooms and magic truffles). This is because fenprocumon acts as a vitamin K antagonist (blocking the action of vitamin K), and psilocybin/psilocin acts primarily on serotonergic receptors, which is a completely different area and controls different processes.

Due to a lack of research into the safety of psilocybin in combination with fenprocumon, it is nevertheless advised to exercise caution and consult a medical specialist.
