Mushroom therapy

In the Netherlands, mushroom therapy has been illegal since 2008. However, a legal alternative form of therapy is available that uses magic truffles. Magic truffles contain the same active substances as magic mushrooms but are legal in the Netherlands. This makes it possible to offer psychedelic therapy with these truffles, which can provide a therapeutic experience comparable to that of magic mushrooms.

Magic truffle therapy can be used for various psychological complaints, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and low self-esteem. The use of psilocybin in a therapeutic setting has been increasingly researched in recent years, and promising results have emerged that support the effectiveness of this therapy.
