Truffle session review

With drinking plenty of water, the headache disappeared during the course of the morning (of the next day). Now, a few days later, I notice that I am very present in the moment, and that is a wonderful feeling; clarity is also increasing more and more. It literally feels like a refreshing shower has gone through my head, and I hope this state is permanent. I am experiencing more peace and less frustration these first few days.

Your attention and involvement (Marcel) made me feel very safe, and I needed that too, because it was quite a big step for me to take.
