Hello everyone,

I hope you are all doing well after the session, and the same goes for those who are still unsure whether they want to do the session.
I do not want to share my name, but I will briefly share my profile: I am a 26-year-old man from Antwerp.
I graduated as a Social Worker last year and now work in a social organization in Antwerp.

Unfortunately, I experienced an unsafe home situation, which caused me to put far too much pressure on myself.
I have read that I am not the only one who has been in therapy for a long time but is stuck somewhere.
For me, +/- 10 years of therapy did help, but I didn't get to the essence of my suffering.
After searching and searching for so long, it seemed as if no cure was possible.
It is so filthy that a mentally bad space can become a daily normal.

The session started downstairs in the hotel lobby, where we could sit and talk for a while.
Which was a very pleasant conversation from the start, ensuring the necessary sense of safety.
After another short conversation in the room, I briefly hesitated about taking the medication, but hey, we're here to just do something!
Ronald said it might take a while for the product to start working, but I didn't have to wait very long.
The first hammer was intense, after which an inner struggle for control began.
Fortunately, I was able to let go of control in complete safety; the trip could now truly begin.

Many matters came up that I could discuss immediately in an open manner.
Things I normally kept to myself and couldn't bring myself to say.
Time flew, it was such a lovely conversation of reflection and emotion.

The next day, I was afraid of losing the feeling.
My view was also partly clouded by a night of poor sleep.
It is now day 2 after the session and I still need to rest and recover.
My life can finally begin now, although it will be intense to enter into old patterns and relationships.

Ronald taught me to look at all my inner parts from a place of compassionate acknowledgment.
It felt as if the inner attack had been opened again immediately.
Although I immediately managed to apply what I had learned, so that I didn't lose myself again.

I want to thank Ronald and Trip Therapy very much!
Without you, I might never have found a solution.
Wishing all participants good luck as well; it is a very brave step to look your challenges straight in the eye.

Warm regards
